These General Terms are applicable to the Syncrace Website and Application available in the Play Store and App Store (hereinafter “Application”), and to its visitors (hereinafter “User”). The Application is owned and operated by Novus Americas LLC, registered in the United States (hereinafter “Syncrace”). By using the Application, the User fully acknowledges and agrees to these General Terms and the Privacy and Data Security Policy.

Syncrace reserves the right to amend these General Terms, Privacy and Data Security Policy, or any other terms, regulations, guidelines, or notices, at any time without prior notice.

Through the Application, Syncrace may provide links to materials, data, and information. Syncrace may change the presentation, layout, location, content, and terms of the Application at any time.

The use of the Application is free and under the sole responsibility of the User. By accessing the Application or affiliated pages (including but not limited to social media), the User agrees to the Terms in effect at that time.

Syncrace reserves the unconditional right to shut down, change domains, suspend, interrupt, or terminate the Application without liability to users or third parties.

Users Information

The User acknowledges that access to the Application and its content is free and solely their responsibility. Users agree to use the Application lawfully and appropriately, in line with current legislation.

Users must refrain from:

• Attempting unauthorized access to restricted areas of the Application;
• Using the Application or its content for illegal or harmful purposes, such as spreading malware or damaging Syncrace systems;
• Reproducing, copying, transmitting, publicly sharing, altering, or modifying content without prior authorization;
• Violating intellectual or industrial property rights of Syncrace or others;
• Using methods to obtain content other than those officially provided by Syncrace.

Users who wish to link to the Application must receive prior authorization from Syncrace and comply with the following:

• Links must provide exclusive access to the Application; reproductions are not allowed;
• Only the homepage may be linked; deep linking is prohibited.

Trademarks and Copyright

All Users acknowledge the intellectual and industrial property rights held by Syncrace. All materials, including trademarks, logos, names, text, media, software, and data, are exclusively owned by Novus Americas LLC.

Accessing or communicating with Syncrace does not imply a waiver or transfer of these rights. Any material developed or provided by Novus Americas LLC is protected under United States and international copyright law.

Trademarks, including the Syncrace name and visual identity, are registered and may not be used by third parties without written consent. Any third-party trademarks displayed are used under legal arrangements and remain the property of their respective owners.

Users agree to respect all intellectual property rights. Access to the Application does not confer any transfer of such rights unless explicitly stated.
